GOLDEN, CO (February 4, 2016) – Holidaily Brewing Co., Colorado’s dedicated gluten-free brewery, will officially open on Thursday, February 4 at 4:00pm. The brewery and tasting room, located in Golden, CO at 801 Brickyard Circle, is housed in a newly renovated 3,000 square foot facility with a custom brewing system designed specifically for brewing with gluten-free grain.
Holidaily is the passion project of owner Karen Hertz, a craft beer enthusiast and lover of living life to the fullest. Karen survived melanoma and thyroid cancer in her early 30s, leading to a treatment plan including a gluten-free diet. Along with beating cancer came the desire to focus on health, happiness and a commitment to celebrate life every single day.
The lack of good tasting, gluten-free options was a challenge for Karen – one that she was driven to overcome. Years of taste testing GF beers, research on gluten-free ingredients and an understanding of processes other brewing companies utilized led her to believe there was a better way.
And so, the idea of Holidaily Brewing Co. was born: a brewery that will provide those with celiac diagnosis, gluten sensitivity, any interest in reducing gluten intake or a general love for craft beer a safe beer product that also tastes great.
“We are very excited for this day to finally be here. This is a dream years in the making and I’ve never felt more confident that it all came together at the perfect time and with the perfect team,” said Karen Hertz, owner. “I couldn’t be more proud of our facility, the beer and the road we took to get here.”
Currently featured on draft are three specialty craft brews, the creation of award-winning head brewer, Wayne Burns. Crafted with specialty malted millet and buckwheat for a 100% gluten-free product, the flavor of these brews compete with the best craft beers around.

“Gluten-free beer can taste amazing,” said Wayne Burns, head brewer. “The key to the deliciousness of our beer is high quality ingredients and knowledgeable employees. We use the finest locally sourced, malted, gluten-free grains as the base for our beers.”
