From Brau Brothers:
We're proud and excited to offer our first new seasonal in over two years! illbebock is beer brewed and lagered, ready to release for Lent. Traditionally, Bocks were brewed by monks and religious to help sustain them through Lenten fasting. We brewed this beer last winter for the Tap Room, and quickly fell in love with it. It's the perfect style beer to bridge the cold winter and an impending spring. illbebock comes in at 6% ABV, and shows complex layers of fruit, nut, a bit of chocolate, and just a hint of pear skin. This is a great pint sipper, and the boys in the brew house swear it calms the mind after a long day of brewing. illbebock is available in sixers and on draft, wherever sexy dark german lagers are sold.
As long as I have your attention, Monday Nights in the Tap Room are now Sheephead Night! We will be hosting a Sheephead Tourney every Monday Night, check in is at six, we start schmearing atsix thirty. The first couple weeks will be a test run, and we will teach the game to anyone interested in learning. All are welcome, with a free pint of Sheephead for anyone participating the first two weeks. If you just want to come and watch and learn, you are more than welcome! We are working on organizing a National Championship Sheephead Tournament for late this spring, so keep an eye out for that.
As always, thanks for drinking Brau Bros Beer!!
Dustin & The Gang
We also have Unholy vanilla sweet stout (6.66%-AbV, 12oz Bottle)
