SAN DIEGO,CA - United Brands, a leading beverage manufacturer, has begun distribution for McAle’s Brewing Company, an all-new line of smooth-brewed and full-bodied hard apple ales. Available in Red Apple and Green Apple flavors, McAle’s Hard Apple Ale is brewed like a beer using special brewers’ yeast and all-natural Red Fuji Apples and Green Granny Smith Apples for that refreshing crisp apple taste.

McAle’s Hard Apple Ales are available in 23.5oz and 16oz cans with 8% ABV. Proprietary brewing technology creates the sweet Apple Ale alternative to beer that tastes like an authentic hard cider without the traditional bitterness.

“McAle’s Apple Ale combines beer and cider in one tradition with the refreshing taste of apple ale in the convenience of cans,” said Michael Michail, President and CEO of United Brands. “Once again United Brands is bringing consumers a unique recipe that cannot be duplicated or matched with the first apple ale of its kind.”

McAle’s Apple Ale is now available in most states and continues to grow and gain national retail authorizations. Following the release of McAle’s Apple Ale, United Brands will be releasing other unique products like Hard Crafted sodas.
