Beatitude Tart Saison
We’ve added two new variants to the Beatitude Series, Prickly Pear and Citra Dry Hopped. The first to be released will be Citra Dry Hopped on Monday January 11^th in the CBC Tasting Room, as well as for distribution throughout San Diego County. Watch out for that Prickly Pear though, you can’t miss it with the neon magenta color. Stay tuned for more release details and dates.

Ephesus Barrel Aged Golden Sour - (Eff-e-sus)
In early 2016, we will be releasing Ephesus, a Golden Sour aged in oak barrels for over a year. Fermented with house cultures, this beer has a rich gold color, notes of peach and ripe pear, hints of vanilla honey and a tangy sour punch. Currently bottle conditioning. Official release date TBA.
