Long Trail Releases SMaSH Project # 2 - Unearthed Coming In Jan

From Long Trail:

SMaSH Project #2 hit shelves last week and it features the biscuity, nutty notes of Maris Otter malt paired with the assemblage of tropical fruit and pine hop flavors of the Mosaic hop.
This tasty brew is full of the juicy notes that you’ve come to expect from the Mosaic hop.

If big, hoppy beers are your thing, then
Space Juice will send your tastebuds into orbit.

The declassification of this once-secret brew has been limited to select markets this past year, but we’re looking to spread the hoppy truth to more customers in 2016.

Keep your eyes peeled for a fresh batch of this cosmically kind double IPA in the New Year.

Not a hophead? Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about the magically malty beers!

In January we will be releasing
Unearthed, a rich, roasty stout that is rooted in a labyrinth of roasted malts.

As Limbo IPA’s alter ego, Unearthed is an American stout that clocks in at 7.9% ABV.
Big notes of coffee and chocolate are balanced by a slight hop bitterness that’s buried below layers of rich malt flavors.

Conceived and crafted in our Farmhouse Pilot Brewery, Unearthed is a product of our brewers' creative expression.

Innovation will continue into 2016 as we develop and expand our pilot brewing program. Keep your eyes peeled for special one-off brews available only at the Long Trail Pub and Restaurant.

Not to be outdone, we're excited to unveil a brand new menu at our restaurant. Under the direction of a new chef and a new manager, we've created a locally-sourced, creatively curated menu to accompany our world-class beers.

Our fresh menu and brewery-only pilot beers will be ready to roll just in time for après-ski season.
