Yazoo Brewing Embrace The Funk - Deux Rouges Ale

Today we have Yazoo Brewing Deux Rouges Ale.  This is a blend of a Flanders red and a dark ruby ale fermented with wild yeasts and souring bacteria.  This beer ages for over a year in Merlot wine barrels and then packaged in 750ml bottles.
