Troegs Releasing Fresh Hop Ale Today

The crisp October air is thick with the aroma of lush, green hops! Released today, our annual Fresh Hop Ale features 450lbs. of freshly picked, wet Mosaic hops from the Yakima Valley in the Pacific Northwest. These über-fresh hops were harvested, packaged, and delivered to our brewery all within 48 hours. To infuse the non-bittering essentials of these whole flower hops, we added them directly to our hopback vessel within hours of their arrival. The first whiff of Scratch #210 releases intense olfactory hues of overripe mango, bright citrus fruit, and resinous pine sap. Pick up some bottles in the General Store or enjoy on tap in the Tasting Room. 6.4% ABV and 44 IBU.
