Wallace Brewing Releases Local Fresh Hop Vindicator IPA

Wallace, ID – The Silver Valley’s premier craft brewer, Wallace Brewing Company announces its first fresh hop beer as the Pacific Northwest’s hop harvest wraps up this fall. Starting today, Wallace Brewing is proud to release its Local Fresh Hop Vindicator IPA, a bright IPA finished with Cascade hops picked in Wallace, Idaho and the surrounding Silver Valley.

Hops are ripe and pungent and serve as the primary inspiration behind this one-off version of our year-round offering, Vindicator IPA. Vindicator is a balanced yet aggressive IPA exhibiting a complex hop profile from the combination of Columbus, Cascade and Chinook. Our fresh hop version has 10 pounds of Cascade hops added fresh from the vine into the bright tank and allowed to get cozy with the beer for a week, imparting a dominant hop aroma that wafts from a freshly poured pint. At only 15bbls produced, spread throughout our 3 distribution territories, this Local Fresh Hop is as exclusive as it gets for Wallace Brewing.

Local Fresh Hop Vindicator IPA Quick Facts:

  • 7% ABV; 70 IBU
  • Specialty Ingredients: Idaho-grown Pilsner malt; Local Fresh Hops
  • Availability: Draft
  • Distribution: Northern Idaho, Eastern WA, Western WA
