Modern Times - Lost Horizon DIPA Returns In Oct & Mezcal Barrel Guatemala Antigua

From Modern Times:

October 22oz release is in the tanks! Lost Horizon is our seriously resinous double IPA with classic piney hop notes & insane drinkability. This DIPA is a delicious deviation from our regular hop profile and will be ready in a few short weeks. In the meantime, we've still got Fruitlands cherry gose available on draft (we're sold out of bottles) in both tasting rooms to help get you through this insane late summer heatwave.

Our coffee line up just keeps getting better & better. The newest addition to the collection is a brand spanking new Mezcal Barrel-Aged Guatemala Antigua, and we are thrilled with how these beans turned out.

The
Mezcal Barrel-Aged Guatemala Antigua hails from the beautiful Antigua region in Guatemala (hence the name) known not only for their lovely coffees but also beautiful landscape replete with active volcanoes & lush foliage.

Pre-barrel, this coffee was super clean & lively with a chocolaty finish, making it the perfect canvas for a smoky, earthy mezcal barrel. After spending a couple of months in the barrel, this coffee really opened up into an oaky, somewhat smoky drinker, but maintained its brightness in a way that really complements the barrel character. These beans will brew the perfect cup for someone looking for a rich & balanced coffee with a little somethin', somethin' in the finish.

This coffee will be available
in limited quantities online & in both tasting rooms THIS FRIDAY.
