The heat is on and we have some special 'cooling' beers this July.  The legendary Elektrick Cukumbahh, Saison d'été returned to taps on July 3rdWe hand peel over 700 lbs of fresh Colorado grown cucumbers and age this Saison on them.  Notes of honeydew and cantaloupe highlight this beer, along with a heightened brightness from the use of fresh lemon zest.  Your personal body temperature will drop by 10 degrees after enjoying a glass, making it the perfect July beer.  Magical Brettanomyces Tour #5, Brett naardenensis is our 5th installment in our anniversary series.  Using the same recipe for 7 beers in this series we change the Brett used in each recipe to highlight the unique character of each individual strain.  Naardenensis created one of the most unexpected profiles with high salt/mineral character and light strawberry.  This limited beer releases in both draught and bottles onFriday July 10th.  45th Parallel, Oregon Style IPA releases in bottles for the first time on Friday July 17th.  Brewed to 80 IBUs with burst hopping techniques and a double dry hop, we pack over 11lbs of hops into each keg of this crazy IPA.  It'ssoft, delicate, dry, and generally just a very beautiful beer. 'Layer Cake Goes-uh' hits the faucets the following Friday, July 24th.  Crafted with a large emphasis on full mineral richness andconstructed using the combination of 4 rare artisanal salts: white truffle, pink Himalayan, Alea Hawaiian red, and Kala Namak Indian Black.
