We’re shining the spotlight on a rare beer this month with the release of Barrel-Aged Ovila Dubbel. We barrel aged our Ovila Abbey Dubbel in red wine and bourbon barrels to create a complex blend of caramel-like malt flavors with notes of black cherry and vanilla. It’s the latest in our collaboration with the monks of the Abbey of New Clairvaux and it’s a good one.
