Here’s your breaking beer news of the day. Sierra Nevada and Crux Fermentation Project will co-brew a new session ale called Paddle Trail Ale. This beer is a collaboration with both “brewer owned and operated” breweries as well as Columbia Distributing. Paddle Trail Ale is a session IPA that will benefit the Bend Paddle Trail Alliance to help complete the Bend Whitewater Park. This beer uses experimental whole cone hops, it will be packaged in 16oz cans and the beer will hit 4.7%-AbV and 35 IBU. Stay tuned for more details.
This label was also approved with a slightly different color.
