Flying Dog Releases Brewhouse Rarities Juniper White IPA

For those of us who are equally-opportunity drinkers, a cold gin and tonic on a hot summer day hits the spot. Now, there’s a beer for that. 

Our latest Brewhouse Rarities release — Juniper White IPA — is brewed with juniper berries and lime zest to give you the same pine and citrus punch as your beloved G&T. The team lead on this beer, packaging supervisor Matt “Mouse” Hardesty, ran with the idea of substituting juniper and lime for the coriander and orange you’d typically find in a White IPA. From there, he liked the bold spice and intense citrus combination of Columbus and Simcoe hops.
