From Victory:
Downingtown, PA, June 17, 2015- Victory Brewing Company (Victory) announces two refreshingly drinkable additions to their second annual Variety of Victorys Summer Selections – Kühl Kölsch and Whirlwind Witbier. Available only in the variety pack, along with Summer Love Ale and Prima Pils, they give new fans a complete overview of the best the brewery has to offer and invite existing fans to experience new flavors.
Kühl Kölsch, a refreshing and light style that traces its roots to Germany, delivers the perfect sessionable balance of sweet and sharp with an ABV of 4.9%. Whirlwind, the popular Belgian-style wheat ale favorite, makes a cameo with an initial gust of spicy, seasonable crispness and has a 5.1% ABV. The name says it all in Summer Love Ale, a delicious blend of pale malt and German hops that embrace all the magical things summer has to offer with an ABV of 5.2%. Lastly, Prima Pils rounds out the final strategic summertime Victory selection with its low 5.3% ABV and refreshing approachability and crisp flavor.
On shelves now, Variety of Victorys Summer Selections is available throughout the brewery’s 36 state distribution footprint, with a suggested retail price for twelve, 12-oz. bottles at approximately $21.99, but varying upon geographic location. Use Victory’s Beerfinder to discover a nearby location, or download the free Victory Mobile app for Android or iPhone.
“Variety is indeed the spice of life with summertime lending itself to carefree days of enjoying the most of what life has to offer,” said Victory’s President and Brewmaster, Bill Covaleski. “We wanted to embrace that notion by giving our fans the opportunity to taste Victory the easiest, most delicious way possible with something for everyone in one simple variety pack. We can promise these beers will refresh and delight, making summer even more enjoyable for our fans.”
