SweetWater Adding New Jersey & Philadelphia Distribution

Based on this simple tweet I’d say SweetWater will soon be rolling into New Jersey.  Pittsburgh, PA was added on 6/1 so it makes sense that NJ may be next.  Of course the people in PA would prefer statewide coverage first (not just P’Burgh and Philly), but either way NJ should be happy.  This tweet & photo above from SweetWater:

Don't think we forgot about yall Philly

Peerless Beverage Company is proud to announce that SweetWater Brewing Company will be the next addition to their impressive portfolio of craft brews. Distribution agreements have been signed and a sampling of their flavorful beers will begin mid-September, 2015. Locals can look forward to enjoying the Southeast’s largest craft brewery in the following seven counties: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Union.

Says Chuck Salzman, Vice President and third generation at Peerless, “All of us at Peerless are extremely excited to partner with SweetWater to bring their beers and their culture to New Jersey. We have collaborated on some really exciting ways to kick off things in the market and can’t wait to get started.”

Ranked among the nation’s Top 20 craft breweries in sales by volume according to the Brewer’s Association, SweetWater is touted as one of the fastest growing craft brands in the country. Locals will spot the brewery’s iconic rainbow trout tap handles and bottle/can packaging throughout their respective areas this fall. Jersey natives should follow the Peerless Beverage main Facebook page, which will link to Jersey specific social events.
