Here’s a new bottle coming from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL & Side Project Brewing.  This beer is called Corybantic and it is an American Wild Ale that uses Galaxy hops and wine barrel-aged water.  Look for Corybantic to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer will come in at 6.6%-AbV and 20 IBU.
