What Happened To Ever Weisse?
We've heard this question a few times, so wanted to provide a full answer. This year, we've played around with a variety of souring processes, trying to nail down an approach for our Sour Weisse series. It has taken us longer than expected, but we've finally developed a process we really like. 2015 Ever Weisse is now slated for a late July/early August debut. Quite sorry for the delay, but we assure you it's worth the wait!
