Here’s a new co-brew coming from Perennial Artisanal Ales, Off Color Brewing and Side Project Brewing. This is Procrastination and it is wine barrel-aged Saison brewed exclusively for Lions Tiger & Beers (a fundraiser held each year at Northdown Taproom in Chicago, IL). This beer (and the festival) will benefit The Wildcat Sanctuary in Minnesota. This Belgian-style ale will be package din 750ml bottles and the beer will hit 6%-AbV.
