The second entry in our series that celebrates and explores the limitless flavoring and aroma variations possible with hops from around the world, continues with a brew that focuses on a single, emerging hop variety. A Red IPA hopped solely with Mosaic hops, Mosaic Red is medium-bodied and crisp, with flavor and aroma profiles dominated by big, vibrant citrus flavors like tangerine, apricot, and mango, accented by resinous notes of pine. These tart, sweet flavors give way to a lingering, bitter hop finish that combine to mask a moderately strong 6% ABV. View More.
