Some of you have already had a sneak preview of our latest project.
Sour beers have always been a passion of ours, and finally, we have the chance to release a beautiful, refined brew to soothe your craving for all things tart.
We give you Ketill, a 5% ABV table sour to steal your low-pH craving heart.
Currently available in the taproom, you’ll start seeing Ketill (“kuh-teel”) on draft at some of the best bars and tap houses around Colorado very soon.
While this first batch of Ketill will be fleeting, it also opens the door for variations down the line.
We’re excited to see where this latest path takes us. We’ve honed our sour brewing skills, and now it’s time for all of us, you included, to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
