Crooked Stave - Flor d’Lees Indigenous Wild Ale

image
Here’s a new bottle coming from Crooked Stave in Denver, CO.  This is Flor d’Lees and it is an indigenous wild ale aged in oak barrels.  The name is a play on the microFlora and Yeast (Lees) used on this beer and it is a golden sour ale that will be packaged in 375ml bottles.  Look for Flor d’Lees to come in at 5%-AbV.
