Ballast Point Releasing Grapefruit Sculpin In Cans

imageWe brought you a peek at this packaging back in Nov, but I’m excited to post this update from Ballast Point:

Time and time again we have been asked "When are you gonna get that Grapefruit Sculpin in cans?" Well we can finally say that we are now canning Grapefruit Sculpin, and trust us when we say it's a beautiful sight seeing them come off the line. They have already hit our tasting rooms, and are slowly shipping across the country as you are reading this. If you have not tried it already, this is your chance, the tart freshness of grapefruit perfectly complements our IPA’s citrusy hop character.

On that note, if you haven't noticed yet, we think partnerships are a great thing here at Ballast Point. Fishing and beer, grapefruit and Sculpin, brewing and spirits. Well in the spirit of partnership...and delicious food...we have teamed up with Suzie's Farm for a beer dinner at our Little Italy location next Tuesday 4/21. Grab your ticket before they sell out or risk missing out on some special rare brews. You can find the menu and reserve your spot

Speaking of Little Italy, if you have come by lately, you might have noticed a slight change. The final touches have just been completed on the new retail and merchandise area behind the tasting bar. The perfect excuse to stock up on some Ballast Point swag. Glassware, Ballast Point baseball jerseys, and newly stocked skateboards featuring the artwork of our artist, Paul Elder. Definitely worth a drop in...and you might as well grab a pint while you are there.
