In Belgium, special occasions call for great beer, but great beer isn’t reserved for special occasions. It’s every day; it’s your daily bread.
The same goes for Quotidienne, our Belgian-style Dubbel. Don’t be fooled by fancy-sounding name. Yes, it’s French. But it means "daily." Because when you think about it, shouldn’t your daily routine include great beer?
When brewing our Quotidienne Dubbel we tried to evoke the spirit of Belgium and our own fair city. Rather than analyzing this beer for its different hops, yeast and malts, we hope you taste Belgian modesty and Frances Willard's legacy of making things better. This beer pays tribute to thousands of years of Belgian brewing tradition and innovation among today’s Illinois craft brewers.
Quotidienne Dubbel will be available in the Tap Room this Friday, 3/6, starting at 4pm. To celebrate the release of our latest Belgian-style Ale, we've invited the fine folks at Ten Mile House to the Tap Room to serve up some delicious food.
