Jester King / Crooked Stave / Trois Dames - Sin Frontera Bottles

image
Here’s an interesting co-brew concept coming to bottles from Jester King.  This beer started with a common recipe that was brewed and fermented at each of the three breweries (Jester King, Crooked Stave and Brasserie Trois Dames in Switzerland) to see how the beer would evolve differently at each location.  Sin Frontera is refermented in Spanish Sherry barrels with local souring bacteria and Jester King will be putting their version in 750ml bottles.  Look for Sin Frontera to come in at 6.4%-AbV and 7 IBU.  Stay tuned for release details.image
