Our "Uncharted Waters" Series welcomes its first new beer in 2015, Phantom Ship!

The official release party in the Heavy Seas Tap Room will be Wednesday,

March 11th from 3:00 - 9:00pm! 

Phantom Ship is an exciting Belgian-style tripel aged in bourbon barrels. Goldenrod in color with a dense head and creamy mouthfeel, this robust, bold brew presents phenolic flavors of white pepper and peach skin from the warm fermentation, along with vanilla and subtle spiciness from the bourbon-barrel aging.



Style: Tripel aged in bourbon barrels

ABV: 9.5%

IBU: 37

Availability: March - April

Malts: 2-Row, Munich Malt

Hops: Styrian Aurora, Hallertau, Mittlefruh

Suggested Glassware: Tulip Glass
