Space fans: the Citra broiled IPA that’s put fire in your heart the last few years is going to temporarily find its way to bombers.
We’ve only sold Space at our brewery in draft format. Now, for a limited time, Space runs free.
We brew this beer in honor of a Half Acre friend that passed. Space was his nickname as a blazing young man. In his older years, he found himself teamed up with two Siberian Huskies. Not a family man, he hung with his Huskies, Moon and Luna, as equals. He’d usually come to our brewery after lunch time, Moon and Luna in his jeep, chew the fat for a while and pick up some beer. He’d take off to grab tacos or Pizza for all three of them and then they’d head home for an easy night.
There was one story when he was pissed because he couldn’t find parking in his neighborhood and the pizza was getting cold.
He said they had no choice, but to pull over and hit the pizza on the side of the road. One middle aged man and two Huskies, both basically named moon, ravaging pizza in a jeep.
Anyway, treasure the oddities in your life.
