The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery have teamed up for the 8th Annual Off-Centered Film Fest, an epic multi-day celebration of craft beer, delicious food and off-centered films for off-centered people!
We’ll have a killer lineup of screenings and, as always, a shorts competition featuring your 3-minute Yacht Rockin’ masterpieces. You think you have what it takes to be crowned the OCFF Filmmaking Champion? Discover how you can sail your way to victory below.
Submit Your Yacht Rockin’ Short
Shoot a 3-minute (or less) film incorporating the theme of Off-Centered, Yacht Rockin’. Think warm ‘n’ salty summer breezes. Think mellow and smooth jams. Think cool surfer dudes hanging ten. Think waves ‘n’ mermaids. Think sweet harpoons and fish sticks on the high seas. Think sea captains in turtlenecks. Think sipping craft brewed ales out of coconuts. Better yet, think any of those things and then film them! Then you’ll be Yacht Rockin’!
Dream yourself a whale of a Yacht Rockin’-themed short. Film it. Submit it. (Be sure to adhere to all the guidelines listed HERE.) Submit your film before midnight on March 31, 2015, through this webpage. Tell your friends. Show your friends (and their friends). Show your uncle that you don’t really know (and his uncle that he doesn’t know). Have them all VOTE for your video, and you just might just have a shot at glory (and prizes).
