Here’s your first look at the latest release coming to the De Proef Brewmaster’s Collaboration series of beers, Wekken Sour Belgian Ale.  This beer is co-brewed by Dirk Naudts of De Proef and Eric Wallace of Left Hand Brewing and it is a blend of Left Hand Brewing Wake Up Dead Imperial Stout and De Proef Zoetzuur classic Flemish cherry sour.  This 2015 release will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in @ 8.9%-AbV.
