From Smuttynose:

The wait is over! Smuttynose is opening our new restaurant, Hayseed, on February 25 at 4pm

Smuttynose Co-owners Joanne Francis and Peter Egelston, Director of Hospitality Brennen Rumble, General Manager Kieran Kelley, Executive Chef Kevin Hahn, Executive Sous Chef Bob deHaan and their staff are putting the final touches on our farmstyle restaurant. Then we'll be ready to welcome you to the newest facet of
Smuttynose.

Here are a few things we'd like to share about Hayseed:
-We're pouring 26 draft beers, 2 cask-conditioned beers, 4 draft wines and a selection of our favorite spirits and cocktails.

-We'll be sourcing lots of local ingredients for what we call "farmstyle" dining. Not everything will be local, because the options are very slim with 19 feet of snow on the ground during a New Hampshire winter. We love our local farmers and can't wait share what they produce, but we also want to give Kevin and Bob the space to do what they do so well.

-In addition to our one page menu (which will be released soon), Hayseed will have a chalkboard with 10-12 different rotating specials, so there'll always be something exciting and new for your enjoyment.

Hours are posted on the
Hayseed page of smuttynose.com. We are not currently taking reservations, but we will serve you in the most timely fashion we can.
We'll see you at the Farm!
