Flying Fish - Pescado Rojo Grande Tequila-Aged

image
Check out this new bottle coming from Flying Fish Brewing in Somerdale NJ.  The beer is named Pescado Rojo Grande and it starts life as Flying Fish Red Fish that is then aged in Jose Cuervo Tradicional 100% Agave Tequila barrels.  The Grande signifies the “upped hopping rate” and after the beer was complete, Jose Cuervo used the same barrels to create a limited edition beer-infused Tequila.  Pescado Rojo Grande will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer will come in at 9% ABV.
