Here’s a new bottle coming to the Black Series from Elevation Beer Co in Poncha Springs, CO. This is Raspberry Gulch and it is an Imperial Saison brewed with raspberries. This beer uses East Kent Goldings and Saaz hops, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 8.25% ABV and 11 IBU. Can’t wait to try this one for myself so stay tuned for release details.
