Dogfish Head Releases Handful Of Fresh Aprihop w/Wrong 2014 Date Code

imageFrom Dogfish Head:

You know how after New Year’s Day you keep writing the previous year for a month or two? Well … we kinda had a boo-boo like that here at the brewery.

A short run of our spring seasonal Aprihop was recently coded with the incorrect year, so Dogfish lovers in Delaware, Florida, Nevada, Rhode Island and D.C. might see a few bottles in the marketplace that say “2014E” instead of “2015E.” Rest assured, the “2014E” Aprihop is hoppy, fresh and juicy, just like Aprihop should be.

Fortunately we have a new label from this year’s seasonal artist Rich Kelly that is unique to 2015. If it’s got the label you see above, it’s fresh, no matter what the date says.

We’re more than a little embarrassed that this happened and thank you for understanding. So please forgive us and raise an Aprihop to welcome Spring 2014 … errr … 2015!
