Coming to us from Big Al Brewing in Seattle, WA this morning we have a Time Capsule Wild Ale for August ‘14. This hopped farmhouse ale uses 100% Brettanomyces, it will be packaged in 12.68oz bottles and the beer comes in at 7.3% ABV. We also get to see Oct ‘14 which uses house yeast and souring and it comes in at 7.75% ABV.
