We brought you a peek at this beer back in Nov, and now we get to see this packaging update for Allagash Century Ale. This Brett Saison uses Pilsner, raw what and Biscuit malt and it is fermented for 2 years (in stainless) with Saison and Brettanomyces yeast. Century Ale is also dry-hopped with German and American experimental hops before it is packaged in 12.7oz bottles. Look for Century Ale to come in at 8% ABV.
