Called Green Flash Gastro, the truck was inspired by the success of the brewery's Supper Club series of pop-up dinners curated by Dave Adams, the brewery's Director of Beer Education.
Adams and chef Hector Mendoza will be crafting dishes designed to pair with Green Flash beers; the food truck's menu will rotate, but the opening lineup includes snacks that range from chicken wings and charcuterie and cheese boards to a braised short rib sandwich with gouda, caramelized onions and horseradish creme fraiche.
