Here we have a new beer coming to the Destihl Brewery Wild Sour Series. This is Adambier and it is a “dark and historically obscure German-style sour ale.” Adambier uses chocolate malt and it is wood aged as well. Look for this beer to be packaged in 500ml bottles and the beer comes in at 9% ABV and 40 IBU. We also have Lynbrook raspberry sour beer (3%-AbV & 4 IBU). This beer will be packaged in 12oz cans.
