Just as cabin fever sets in, we are adding Window Seat, coconut almond porter to our existing lineup of seasonal beers in 12 oz. cans and draft. Window Seat will be available throughout our entire footprint beginning this week.
Reaching 6 percent ABV and 24 IBU's, this porter is bold but very drinkable with very little hop flavor to distract from the natural coconut and almond flavors. Our brewers got a little workout with this beer, having to add 800 pounds of almond and 1,600 pounds of coconut to each batch by hand. This beer also includes 8 different malts, 2 of which are new dark American varieties.
As natural food connoisseurs here at Baxter, we are most excited to pair this beer with Thai and Indian curry, Mexican mole dishes, lots of BBQ, and many, many desserts - especially German chocolate cake! mmmm!
