Abita Bourbon Street - Maple Pecan Nut Brown Ale

Here’s your first look at a new entry coming to the Abita Brewing Bourbon Street series of barrel-aged beers.  This is Maple Pecan and it is a nut brown ale brewed with pecans and maple syrup that is aged in Bourbon barrels.  This beer uses pale, Munich, biscuit and caramel malts as well as roasted Louisiana pecans and real maple syrup and it is then aged for months in Bourbon barrels.  Look for Maple Pecan o be packaged in 22oz bottles and the beer come sin at 8.5% ABV.
