From Trinity:
This Friday 12/5 we release our lovely Farmhouse Petite Fête, crafted with freshly harvested whole kumquats and cranberries, toasted pecans, and white cinnamon. Very bright for a winter beer this Saison screams fresh citrus, whispers a balanced astringency, then finishes with a light nutty and creamy cinnamon character. A second brand new beer hits the faucets on Friday 12/12 dubbed Sour Threads. This beer is a 3 part blended sour deep red in hue it's heavy with oak, moderate with lacto, light in acetic, and surprisingly malty. A single keg of a Buffalo Trace barrel aged version of our Double IPA will pour on Friday 12/19. Bourbon Yo' Mammy was not dry hopped and rolls out at 10.4%ABV. It aged more similar to a barley wine with sharp notes of American Oak, along with complex caramel and char from the barrel. Wednesday December 24th mark the 7th annual Christmas eve tapping of Cherry Awaken Stout. Intense Jammy fruit character is balanced with pronounced dark malt and coffee. As this beer sells out almost immediately, individual pre-sale tickets begin at noon and pouring starts at 1:00pm. Available only on nitro!
