Natty Greene's Releases Old Town Brown

We brought you a peek at this beer, and now the release details from Natty Greene’s:

Greensboro, NC – December 17, 2014 - This month, Natty Greene’s Brewing Co.
will release Old Town Brown Ale.  The first seasonal of their 2015 portfolio, Old
Town Brown is not only named after the founder’s first bar, Old Town Draught
House, but it’s also the only filtered brown brewed in North Carolina.  With an
ABV of 4.7%, an IBU of 10, and a SRM of 49, this beer is easy going, smooth,
and the perfect after work brew.

Composed of seven malts and only one hop, Old Town Brown is driven by a full
malt structure. It is defined by its notes of sweet toasted malt and baker’s
chocolate that create its unique malty character.

Old Town Brown will enter distribution the last week of December. It will then
grace our taps at our Greensboro Brewhouse, Raleigh Brewhouse, and Bunker
Tasting Room from January until April. Look out for it on draft and in bottles
throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
