Green Flash Cellar 3 - Natura Morta Plum Bottles

Today you get your first look at a new release coming to the Green Flash Cellar 3 Series.  This is Natura Morta Plum and it is a Belgian-style Saison brewed with spices that is aged in red wine barrels with Italian plum puree (for 6 months).  This beer is originally aged in foudres with brettanomyces (before the red wine barrels) and it is 2014 Batch 01 (bottled 11/15/2014).  Look for this Limited Reserve beer to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 5.5% ABV.
