Ecliptic Brewing - Oort & Phobos

image
Today we get to see two new celestial brews coming to bottles from Ecliptic Brewing in Portland Oregon.  Oort (named for the region of our solar system that produces comets) is an Imperial Stout that will come in at 8.5% ABV and 77 IBU.  Phobos (named after one of Mars’ moons) is a single-hope Red Ale that uses Azacca hops.  Phobos is a seasonal beer that will come in at 5.6% ABV and 34 IBU.  These are both 22oz bottles and both are scheduled for a Jan 2015 release.
