Our collaboration ale with Earth-Bread+Brewery is finished and has a name: Earth & Flame. In this final video of our series, Tom Baker and James Gentile sit down to taste the finished product, talk about barrel extraction and discuss the collaborative project as a whole.

Earth & Flame will be released at both Victory’s Brewpub in Downingtown and Earth-Bread+Brewery in Mt.Airy, Philadelphia on November 26. Tom’s Brewpub will also feature the special unoaked version brewed in Episode 4 for a unique side-by-side comparison.
