Uinta - Yard Sale Cans Now Available

image
We brought you the first look at this beer (in cans) back in Oct, and now comes great news from Uinta:

The temperature is getting colder, the mountains becoming white and snow-capped, fall jackets being replaced with ski jackets…all signs are pointing to winter’s imminent arrival. And when it shows up, be sure you’re ready with a 6-pack of our favorite Winter Lager – Yard Sale. Whether you’re on the slopes or sitting in front of the fire this toasty Premium Lager will keep you warm and content.

And to make matters even more exciting – Yard Sale is now available, for the first time ever, in CANS! Yes, you can now find the same delicious, full-flavored Amber Lager in this eye catching and attractive can, as you’ve come to rely on from the bottle. Expect honey and caramel undercurrents with delightful vanilla accents. Yard Sale is robust and malty with light hops and a dry finish. If you want to share the wealth in the comfort of your yurt, this beer pairs wonderfully with hearty grilled lamb or pork, or earthy mushroom bisque. At 4.00% ABV and 22 IBU’s, Uinta Brewing’s Yard Sale is a great and flavorful session lager.

If the comical picture on the label doesn’t do enough to explain the origin of the name “Yard Sale” for you, “yard sale” is a skiing term that refers to a skier falling down and losing their skis, poles, and other assorted items, which then end up scattered across the mountainside. They must then pick up their dignity, equipment, mittens, and hats. Plus, if you find yourself in the “yard sale” position, you’ll be happy to have packed the cans, not bottles, in your backpack.

Yard Sale is seasonal and will be available from November to March, so get it while you can!
