Marshall Brewing Adds Growler Fills 11/14

Tulsa, OK – November 11, 2014 – Marshall Brewing Company, 618 S. Wheeling, Tulsa, OK, announces a new era for the brewery as they will begin filling growlers Friday, November, 14, 2014 from 12:00PM – 6:00PM. Offered for sale direct to the public will be Mosaic Pale Ale checking in at 4.0 ABV (3.2 ABW.) Mosaic Pale Ale is full flavored beer with a moderate body and familiar hop character. Growlers ( 64 oz.) and Growlettes (32 oz.) may be purchased by craft beer fans directly at the brewery for consumption at home, picnics and parties.

Mosaic Pale Ale uses the highly regarded Mosaic hop offering a strong citrus aroma and biting citrus bitterness. While the beer is light to moderate in body, craft beer fans will be drawn to familiar character of the hops.

“Oklahoma permits the sale of 3.2 Alcohol by Weight beer directly to the public. A common misconception is that the alcohol content of all beers are measured using the same terms. This is not true in Oklahoma, where strong beer (in excess of 3.2 ABW) is measured in Alcohol by Volume (ABV.) Comparing 3.2 ABW to ABV terms equates to 4.0ABV. We are excited to offer the public a sessionable beer with the flavor characteristics you find in traditional craft beers,” states director of sales and marketing, Wes Alexander.

Marshall Brewing, by law, can only fill its own growlers and plans to offer an exchange for previously purchased growlers, insuring that craft beer fans receive a properly cleaned and filled growler. In addition, Marshall Brewing will be open for tours and samples of our strong craft beer Friday, November 14th.
