Idle Hands Rosemary For Remembrance, Dimples Redux & Klara

From Idle Hands:

Rosemary For Remembrance returns once again! Brewed with sweet potato, fresh rosemary and a touch of smoked malt, this beer is designed to accompany roasts and other holiday fare. It has a creamy mouthfeel with a light earthy character and piney notes from the rosemary. Bottles will hit the shelves of our retail partners early next week but you can get it now in the tasting room in both growler and bottle format.

Dimples Redux
. Not completely satisfied with the character of our original Abbey Dubbel, we took an opportunity this year to redesign the beer from the ground up -- different malts, different hops, different sugars and finally different yeast. The end result is an authentic dubbel with plenty of that dark fruit character that we felt was somewhat missing in years past. Dimples hit the shelves in our new 500ml format last week and is also available in the tasting room in bottles and growler fills. Save this one to pair with your aunt's apple pie after Thanksgiving dinner!

Klara. For those who crave the clean and unpretentious German lagers, we have re-released our Dortmund style lager. Klara will tease you with a graham cracker and honeyed malt character mixed with a nobel herbal and light citrus hoppiness. It finishes dry with a minerality that makes it very easy to drink. You can already find it on the shelves and we'll have plenty of it at the brewery. The perfect beer to watch football with as the turkey cooks.
