From Dogfish Head:
BEER Thousand: Our new music collaboration with Guided by Voices is heading out the door and to a shelf (or tap) near you. This imperial lager includes 10 grains and 10 hop varieties and clocks in at 10% ABV. Find it in 12-oz. bottles and in a special case of 750 ml bottles packaged with a limited-release live vinyl of a 1994 GBV show. (On its way to taps and shelves now.)
Olde School: Fermented with dates and figs, this smooth barleywine is a great candidate for aging. Over time, the beer dries out and the pit fruit flavors come forward and the hops recede. Our recommendation? Grab a few bottles when you find it – enjoy one now, and age the others for a bit. (On taps and shelves now.)
American Beauty: Back by popular demand! Brewed with organic granola, this Imperial Pale Ale captures the spirit of the Grateful Dead’s 30 years of touring and recording. (Watch for it in early December.)
Piercing Pils: Our winter seasonal is on its way back. A Perry-Pils hybrid, Piercing Pils is a Czech-style Pilsner brewed with white pear tea and pear juice. A Pilsner for winter? Yup, we're ziggin' when everyone else is zaggin'. (Watch for it in early December.)
