Our friendship with Tom Baker always means great things. This time, that friendship formed into an idea. What if we collaborated on something big? What if we brewed a peat-smoked Wee Heavy aged in bourbon barrels?

As the mastermind behind Earth-Bread+Brewery, Tom’s knowledge and love of complex malty beers makes him the perfect friend to brew with on this project. Tom, along with our senior brewer James Gentile, worked tirelessly on formulating this recipe. Now that the test batch is ready to taste, they give their notes and discuss the collaborative process thus far.
