Here we have the Winter 2014 release in the Evolution Craft Brewing Migration Series.  This beer is a Bourbon Barrel Dark Ale and it is aged 8 months is oak Bourbon barrels.  This brew will be package din 750ml bottles and it comes in BIG at 10.5% ABV.
