Great Raft Reasonably Corrupt Cans Coming In Nov

From Great Raft Brewing:

Reasonably Corrupt, Great Raft Brewing’s black lager currently available only on tap, will become the brewery’s latest canned beer, hitting shelves in November. The Shreveport-based craft brewery released the can design for Reasonably Corrupt making it the third canned beer available year-round.

Like its other canned beers, Great Raft Brewing commissioned Status Serigraph of Knoxville, Tenn. to illustrate the Reasonably Corrupt label with typography by DeRouen & Co. of Austin, Tex. The brewery wanted to continue with the fully illustrated can and incorporate the playfulness of the name “Reasonably Corrupt,” a tongue-in-cheek jab at Louisiana politics.

“We never anticipated canning Reasonably Corrupt as a year-round offering, but our fan base has been loud and clear,” said Andrew Nations, co-founder and president of Great Raft Brewing. “The black lager style is a sleeper hit of a beer – I’ve always loved presenting this beer as an example of complexity of flavor versus the intensity of flavor. And now, Great Raft fans will be able to enjoy Reasonably Corrupt in a can that showcases not only that complex flavor, but also locally inspired artwork.”

Starting in November, six-packs of Reasonably Corrupt cans will be available at participating retailers, as well as at the brewery. It will also remain on tap in the brewery’s tasting room.

The brewery will mark the release of Reasonably Corrupt cans with a launch party, which will be announced in the coming weeks. More information about Reasonably Corrupt, the can launch party and other Great Raft Brewing beers can be found at www.greatraftbrewing.com
